Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information over the Internet via HSBC esecure payments.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information being supplied by the customer. We will not be held responsible or liable for deliveries due to incorrect information being provided by the customer. Personalised balloons have letter limits if these are exceeded we will shorten message appropriately.

By submission of the order the customer accepts the terms and conditions and authorises NetBalloons, through HSBC esecure payments to take payment for items selected.
Shipping And Handling If you are putting in an order for more than one balloon to be delivered on different dates, please do so as seperate orders so the correct shipping is calculated.

We do not post overseas, just within UK.

We cannot deliver or dispatch on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays.

All balloons are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post and will be dispatched the day before delivery is requested. Please note that 1st Class deliveries are NOT guaranteed to arrive on a specific day.

Royal Mail do deliver 80 to 90% of 1st Class post next day, but there is nNOguarantee that your balloon will arrive on your chosen day.

Refunds for late delivery on balloons sent by 1st Class mail cannot be given. 1st Class deliveries do not require a signature and therefore we have no way to track your order.

By virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations once the goods have been dispatched we are exempt from giving cancellation rights as the goods we are providing are perishable with a limited life expectancy.
Net Balloons cannot be held responsible for extremes of temperature and weather conditions that could affect the inflation properties of the gas or for orders delayed by extremely bad weather, Royal Mail strikes, Airport staff strikes, Terrorist attacks / Prevention or war.

Royal Mail does transport some of its post by air within the UK and may store parcels in cold temperatures, this may cause the helium to deflate, when placed in a warm environment the helium expands again. Unfortunately we are unable to prevent this from occuring and cannot be held responsible.

We cannot deliver or dispatch on Saturday pm, Sundays, Bank and Public Holidays.

Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility Of NetBalloon. Refunds cannot be given if the balloon is not passed onto the named recipient.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, or we unavoidably run out, we will (time permitting) contact you to advise you of the situation. Otherwise we reserve the right to dispatch a suitable alternative of the same or higher value.

All prices include VAT at 15%

Credit Card Security
All credit card payments are done by HSBC Esecure Payments, Only they receive your credit card details letting us know if the payment was authorised or not.
If we receive an order and the payment is not authorised, the payment will be accepted but we will wait 7 working days for clearing .
Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as Internet Gifts.

Net Balloons do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy If you wish to cancel an order you can do so by contacting our Customer Services by telephone on 0203 2875186 or email customerservices@looneyballoon.com. You will need to contact us before 10am on the day of dispatch; your payment received will be refunded. Customer Services are available by telephone between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, if you get the 24hour answerphone please leave a message.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for damaged goods. If upon arrival the balloon is damaged we must be informed in writing and the goods returned by the customer.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management, all goods must be returned within 7 working days.

If you do not return the goods to us for inspection we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
